
Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing files and records, scheduling meetings, coordinating fleet vehicles, handling accounts and banking, maintaining building operations, and performing various administrative tasks.
This is a full-time ongoing position based in Geelong, Victoria. To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite and client information systems, and demonstrate sound organizational and administrative abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Certificate IV in Disability or Business Administration, or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, current First Aid & CPR certificates, and be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' orientation module.
