Job Description

The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing all marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of GlobeWest. This includes supporting the successful implementation of the national marketing plan and driving functional areas of importance with main communication channels of Performance Media, collaborations, SEO and Content.

  • Create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of GlobeWest.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to manage all campaign processes from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring they meet budgetary and timing constraints.
  • Brief, produce and oversee the creation of all campaign assets, including digital content, email campaigns, and social media posts and collaboration assets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to refine campaign focus and execution.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry's best practices, strategies, and technologies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years' experience in campaign and digital marketing, ideally B2B and B2C
  • Strong digital marketing skillset; SEO, SEM, performance marketing, insights, landing pages etc.
  • Effectively use data and insights to identify opportunities, driving marketing initiatives
  • End to end campaign management experience through all owned and paid channels
  • Ability to work cross functionally between ecommerce, marketing etc.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for delivering results
  • Experience managing influencer programs and all paid social media
  • Agency management; creative and digital
  • Effectively measure and analyse the impact of marketing initiatives
  • Analytical marketing mindset

Compensation
