About the Role
As a General Practitioner with Danila Dilba Health Service, you will work collaboratively with health professionals, community members, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality healthcare services. Your knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, history, and health issues will be essential in providing culturally safe care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • Work collaboratively with health professionals, community members, and stakeholders
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, history, and health issues
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge


What We Offer
  • A competitive salary package of approximately $220,000 per annum
  • 6 weeks of annual leave and 5 paid days of leave at Christmas
  • Flexibility with full-time and part-time hours

Requirements
  • Current registration as a General Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Fellowship of the RACGP or ACRRM
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, history, and health issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with other health professionals, community members, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple clinics
  • Current driver's license, police clearance, and NT Working with Children's card
  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate, or exemption as listed on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR)
