Customer Service Role Overview

This is a customer-focused position within our Southport trade counter team. The role involves providing expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales or customer service, with the ability to provide quotes, assist with pick packing and stock control activities, and maintain shop floor displays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and information about products
  • Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
  • Help keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to use a computer and learn new systems
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
