Dual Site Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Dual Site Concession Manager. This is a challenging yet rewarding role, offering the opportunity to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving a customer-focused culture within our concession pads.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Work closely with leadership to build a profitable and efficient concession pad operation.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Drive operational excellence by managing rosters and back-of-house administration.
- Proven experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
- A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, wage targets, and KPIs.
- An eye for detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A supportive team culture and environment.
