Site Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead our project-based team in delivering high-quality projects across the country.

  • Lead daily site operations to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Monitor construction progress, resources, and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, and materials in line with the Project Management Plan.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving a safety-first culture and mentoring team members to maintain a high-performing crew.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years' experience in commercial construction, including delivery of large-scale projects.
  • Proven experience in a site supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong planning, reporting, and coordination capabilities.
  • High attention to quality, team engagement, and safety.
  • Sound IT, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction management (preferred).
