Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease commercial properties and manage the end-to-end leasing process, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Build, maintain, and grow a robust client network and database, fostering strong connections and driving business growth.
  • Negotiate leasing transactions with confidence, delivering positive outcomes for clients and exceeding expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies in collaboration with landlords, aligning business goals and objectives.
  • Create marketing materials to support client advertising needs, showcasing properties and driving interest.
  • Screen and process tenancy applications, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
  • Demonstrate proven success in commercial leasing, showcasing a track record of achievement.
  • Exhibit strong sales focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Showcase high organizational skills, presenting professionalism and confidence in client interactions.
  • Demonstrate a driven and motivated attitude, willing to succeed in a competitive market.
