Recruitment Director | Driving Renewable and Construction Project Delivery

The Contract Manager will oversee the commercial delivery of a broad package of works spanning substations, transmission lines, high-voltage maintenance, and pole replacement programs. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage contract performance, commercial risk, and stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of technically complex, high-volume works.

  • Manage commercial delivery of a diverse infrastructure program that includes substation upgrades, transmission and distribution line works, high-voltage maintenance, pole replacements, and regional asset renewal projects.
  • Oversee claims, variations, procurement, forecasting and governance.
  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports across contract admin and commercial support.
  • Engage directly with the client and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of contract/commercial experience in power, utilities or infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management and claims processes.
  • Experience managing frameworks or long-term programs of work.
  • A confident leader with experience managing small teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, engineering or construction management (preferred).
