We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major public health infrastructure project in Western Australia.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of Western Australia's healthcare landscape and to deliver a once-in-a-generation project from start to finish.

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a new construction project. You will inspire the site-based delivery team, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure excellence across safety, quality, time, and cost.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
  • Leading and supporting project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
  • Oversight of programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
  • Collaboration with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale health infrastructure projects
  • Extensive experience working with a Tier 1 or leading head contractor in a leadership role
  • A deep understanding of health planning, clinical stakeholder engagement, and highly serviced building delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience
  • Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with state government clients and senior stakeholders
  • Able and willing to relocate to or live in Perth for the duration of the project
