Job Description

The Aged Care Nutrition Support Assistant plays a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents. This hands-on position involves providing individual nutrition and hydration to residents as per their care plans. The successful candidate will ensure the cleanliness of kitchenettes is maintained, demonstrating strong attention to food delivery service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work with frail and/or confused residents and their families.
  • Capacity to accept directions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Liaising with other staff and acting as part of a team dedicated to providing quality care.
  • Demonstrated computer skills.
  • Effective use of software and systems required for the position.
