**Home Care Worker -must live in Redland Bay, Cornubia, Shailer Park, Carbook areas**

**Join a trusted not-for-profit provider in SE QLD delivering high-quality, in-home aged care.**
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **Home Care Worker** to support elderly clients in the community. This role is ideal if you genuinely enjoy helping seniors stay safe and independent in their own homes.

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide **personal care**, **domestic assistance**, **social support**, and **transport for shopping/appointments**:

- Work **independently in the community**, visiting clients in their homes
- Assist with meaningful day-to-day activities that improve quality of life

**What You Need**:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent
Permanent Australian Resident
Must reside in Cornubia, Shailer Park, Carbrook to travel to Redland Bay/Cleveland
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and 2024 flu season
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Open Driver’s Licence
Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
A caring, positive attitude and great communication skills
