About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise the digital funnel to meet performance targets and bring in new customers.
  • Align website activity with marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Roll out impactful marketing and trading initiatives that move the needle.

You will work closely with our digital marketing teams to ensure everything from SEO, PPC, to paid media & affiliate strategies is aligned and driving traffic efficiently.

Digital Customer Experience

You will conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure a smooth, conversion-friendly customer experience.

Working alongside experimentation teams, you will help test enhancements and turn insights into meaningful upgrades.

Your input will shape a more effective and engaging digital experience.

You will also support performance leads in tracking and improving key engagement and conversion metrics.

Data Analysis & Reporting

You will dive into website performance metrics to uncover trends, highlight gaps, and identify opportunities for growth.

You will create clear and actionable daily, weekly, and monthly reports that inform both day-to-day tactics and long-term strategy.

You will provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations that enhance digital marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Insights

This role is highly collaborative, and you will work across teams to align priorities, share insights, and support key strategic initiatives.

You will present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

You will run regular insights sessions to share key performance trends.
