Job Title: Integrated Supply Planner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Supply Planner to join our team at Mondelez International. As an Integrated Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time replenishment of products to our customers. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute orders against the sales/demand plan to maximize service levels and minimize total cost to serve.
- Review and analyze the operational plan to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive cost savings.
- Manage daily and weekly customer communications to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
- Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery in full and on time (DIFOT), product availability, and inventory levels.
- Ensure demand plans are reconciled and aligned through collaboration with customers.
Requirements:
- Supply chain experience and/or sales experience.
- Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast-moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to SAP is an advantage.
Education:
- A business or supply chain degree is an advantage.
Work Schedule:
- We follow a hybrid model with 3 days working from office and 2 days from home.
- 12-month full-time contract opportunity based between our South Melbourne head office and our customers Hawthorn East office.
