We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Apollocamper. In this role, you will be the friendly voice on the end of the line for our guests, providing exceptional support and assistance during their road trips.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: Provide world-class customer service to our guests via phone, email, or chat, addressing any vehicle-related issues they may encounter.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Guest Assistance: Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest concerns and ensure a seamless experience.
    • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with guests to find mutually beneficial solutions while meeting business requirements.
    • Incident Tracking: Monitor and manage incidents, keeping guests informed about progress and solutions.
    • Repair Coordination: Minimise vehicle repair time and ensure all repairs adhere to standard practices.
  • Working Hours: Work a variety of shifts across 7 days, between 6am and 8pm, to meet the needs of our global guests.
Requirements:
  • Call Centre Experience: Proven track record in a call centre environment, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to resolving guest issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in our CRM software.
  • Attitude: Friendly, positive attitude, with a passion for road trips and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
