Agribusiness Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agribusiness Executive to join our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) in Orange, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agribusiness clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing comprehensive banking solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of agribusiness clients' needs and goals, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth and success.
  • Work closely with internal teams to originate, structure, and negotiate complex financial solutions, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Drive business growth through proactive risk management, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure the long-term success of our clients and the bank.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources, leveraging relationships to acquire new business and expand our client base.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development, with a strong understanding of agribusiness operations and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial solutions and risk management strategies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
