We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Agribusiness Relationship Manager to join our team in Orange NSW. As a key member of our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB), you will be responsible for building strong relationships with agribusiness clients, understanding their individual needs, and driving new business opportunities.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute business strategies, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities. You will also prepare and manage end-to-end new business transactions, ensuring seamless delivery and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agribusiness clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Drive new business opportunities through effective relationship-building and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute business strategies, including financial solution structuring and negotiation.
  • Manage end-to-end new business transactions, ensuring timely and seamless delivery.
