About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our Regional and Agribusiness Banking team in Central NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Relationship & Agribusiness Executives to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance of our people and operational functions, including onboarding, training, and customer-facing events;
  • Assist in implementing business continuity plans and general business strategies to ensure our high standards are met;
  • Stay up-to-date with operational business requirements and manage costs efficiently;
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service in all internal dealings, including analysis and reporting;
  • Analyse and provide valuable reports to managers and support team members with general reporting;
  • Provide mentorship and assistance to team members with general reporting and help turn a spotlight on expenses to maximise profitable growth;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Group policies.

Requirements

  • Be a people person with strong ability to develop and foster relations with various stakeholders;
  • Be extremely organised, structured, punctual, and goal-focused;
  • Be an authority in promoting and fostering a strong teamwork philosophy and positive work environment;
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrate an understanding of reporting systems and processes;
  • Tertiary related qualifications in Business or related discipline are desirable but not essential.
