Catholic Early EdCare is a network of 130+ long day care, kindergarten, and outside school hours care services dedicated to nurturing children's social, personal, respectful, spiritual, creative, and confident growth.

As a Childcare Professional with Catholic Early EdCare, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 6 months - Kindergarten. You will be part of a collaborative team that works together to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children to create engaging and educational experiences that promote their overall well-being.
  • Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality care and education for children.
  • Promote the service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's values and educational philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Working towards or completed Education-related qualification (or ACECQA Equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is essential.
  • Familiarity with child care industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • A genuine passion for educating and caring for young children in a play-based learning environment.
  • Experience working with children with additional needs is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
