About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team at Goodstart Gladstone Toolooa Street.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education programs, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes for children.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, social, and emotional well-being
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check

About Us

Estimated Salary: $63,615 - $83,341 per annum

This estimate is based on a 38-hour week, assuming 52 weeks of work per year, and includes a base rate of $32.23 per hour plus superannuation benefits.
