As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalized care and support within a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing home-like environment and promote positive family relationships through direct care provision.
  • Work within a trauma-informed framework that supports young people with complex needs and challenging behaviors, fostering resilience and well-being.
Requirements:
  • A certificate in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent qualification is required; candidates working towards this certification are also welcome to apply.
  • A valid Australian full driver's license for the state of Queensland is mandatory.
  • Valid Australian working rights are essential for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check.
  • Holding or obtaining a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications is highly desirable.
