Job Description

This role is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for our guests and members. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean and well-presented, and that all interactions with our staff, guests, and members are friendly and approachable.

  • Customer service duties, including greeting and being welcoming to our guests, members, and staff.
  • General reception duties, taking pride in your presentation and approach.
  • Assisting with stock management and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Sales and promotions, including cross-selling and approaching guests or members to discuss their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Positive attitude towards learning and showing initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention-to-detail skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong PC literacy and administration skills.
  • Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain).
