Restaurant Manager Opportunity

Pursue a leadership role in our esteemed dining establishment, where creativity and culinary expertise converge.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative environment by recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members aligned with our brand's core values;
  • Analyze sales performance, manage costs, and drive business growth to meet objectives;
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through positive interactions and guidance of the team;
  • E nsure adherence to restaurant policies, standards, and procedures;
  • Maximize bookings via reservation platforms;
  • Maintain high operational standards across all aspects of the restaurant;
  • Inventory management - Develop and approve purchase orders and invoices utilizing relevant systems.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Valid RSA certification required;
  • Previous experience in a senior role within a fast-paced food and beverage-driven venue;
  • AUS working rights are mandatory;
  • Confidence and professionalism to lead a team effectively;
  • Strong work ethic with hands-on approach;
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and late nights;
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and POS systems;
  • A proven track record of managing and improving results, such as food and labour costs;
  • Front-of-house expert capable of delivering outstanding service and guiding guests through an enjoyable culinary experience;
  • Immaculate personal presentation is expected;
  • Prior exposure to opening a new venue is advantageous.

Remuneration: $80,000-$120,000 AUD, plus additional benefits.
