Radioactive Safety:

Radioactive waste exists in various locations around the country, including hospitals, research facilities and universities. We need a solution to safeguard Australia's nuclear medicine industry and nuclear research capabilities.

The Administration Role:

This role supports key decision making, delivery of business outcomes and sharing of information within and outside the agency. The Administration Officer will work closely with teams and possess strong communication skills to translate complex information into an easy-to-understand format.

The Administration Officer provides secretariat support to various committees and governance authorities. This includes planning, coordinating and facilitating meetings, conferences and workshops; recording accurate minutes of meetings; registering and following up on action items; and performing other administrative duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage various tasks to ensure effective communication and information flow
  • Maintain, organize and update records, files and databases using departmental systems and technologies to enable easy retrieval and access to critical information
  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate the delivery of meetings, conferences and workshops
