Job Description
  • Collaborate with the founder and internal directors to develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and monitor performance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
  • Leverage relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to inform operational decisions and strategic goals.
  • Design and implement metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Conceive strategies for enterprise-wide growth and implement process improvements to maximise output and minimise costs.
About You
  • A minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role in creative/digital marketing.
  • Exceptional ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, digital advertising or related field.
