Job Description:

As a key member of our employment team, you will provide leadership and support to help individuals achieve their career goals. Your expertise in workforce management and community awareness will enable you to empower your team to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire their team, and a thorough knowledge of Workforce Australia Services DEED.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with colleagues to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee team operations
  • Empower and motivate team members to meet job placement objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Workforce Australia Services DEED and other relevant regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Thorough knowledge of Workforce Australia Services DEED
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Strong community awareness, including family services, community resources, and vocational training
  • Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
