About CareSouth

With 30 years of experience, CareSouth is growing and offering rewarding permanent opportunities across NSW. We are a community-based organization with a big heart, supporting the safety, development, and empowerment of children, young people, and families every day.

About the role

Our Intensive Therapeutic Care homes support children and young people who have experienced trauma to thrive.

As a Support Worker, you'll collaborate with clinical and casework staff to help children and young people build resilience, navigate complex emotions, participate in education and hobbies, and develop confidence to achieve their goals.

About you

  • Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Disabilities, or a related field (or working towards it)
  • A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid Certificate, and Australian Driver's License
