Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum + Super

Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and placing top talent in various industries, including IT, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Policy, and Government.

You will have access to a comprehensive support network, including training and development programs, to help you excel in your role. You will also benefit from working with a strong candidate and client network, leveraging a well-established brand to achieve your goals.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
  • Able to operate in agile environments with shifting priorities
  • Organized and methodical approach to managing ambiguity
  • Proven problem-solving skills
