Program Manager for Dementia Respite Services

Amana Living seeks an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our Pause Program, driving successful delivery of project outcomes that support individuals living with dementia and their carers. This fixed part-time position (48 hours per fortnight) involves close collaboration with clients and carers to design personalized respite experiences.
About the RoleThe Manager of the Pause Program will be responsible for ensuring timely and relevant information about dementia respite support is accessible to clients and carers. This includes accurately managing participant information using electronic client management systems and leveraging insights from the pilot program to develop a dementia respite model addressing unique needs and experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the Pause Program, prioritizing access to information and support for dementia carers and individuals.
- Manage participant data using electronic systems, generating reports to meet funding requirements.
- Leverage pilot insights to develop a dementia respite model catering to carer and individual needs.
- Provide education, information, and support on dementia respite, tailored to family carers and individuals living with dementia.
- Formal qualification or significant work experience in allied health, nursing, or related fields.
- APHRA Registration without restrictions (preferred).
- National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months) or NDIS Worker's Screening Check.
- Western Australian C Class Driver's License.
- Proof of current influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations as per Amana Living policies.
- Successful completion of pre-employment forms.
