Role Summary

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to contribute to the success of our organisation.


The Marketing and Design Assistant will be responsible for designing and producing marketing materials and digital assets for use across various channels, including print, social media, email campaigns, and websites.


You will apply graphic design principles (layout, imagery, typography) to support internal and external communications, promotions, and events.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the development of creative content for in-branch events and activations
  • Assisting state teams with trade marketing and merchandising needs
  • Maintaining the POS and Merchandise Portal
  • Providing graphic design assistance for business presentations
  • Coordinating graphic assets and other creative projects

To succeed in this role, you will have a preferred tertiary study in Marketing or experience within the Marketing function with at least one to three years' experience in a Graphic Design or Marketing support role.


You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and familiar with Microsoft Office for presentation and administrative tasks.


A strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential.
