We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of creative marketing campaigns, managing our online presence, and providing hands-on assistance to ensure events and communications run smoothly.
The role involves:
- Supporting the Marketing team in planning and delivering paid, owned, and earned campaigns across live performance, exhibitions, and major events.
- Managing the content calendar for the Carriageworks Farmers Market, including writing, scheduling, and creating content across all channels.
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media and email content that reflects our brand and connects with diverse audiences.
- Capturing and editing short-form video content for digital channels.
- Managing niche marketing lists and driving cross-promotional opportunities.
- Coordinating digital invites, pre-show communication, and resident newsletters.
- Briefing and booking photographers/videographers.
- Assisting with compiling reports and campaign wrap-ups to measure success.
- Providing general marketing admin support to keep everything on track.
- You have demonstrated experience in delivering marketing campaigns within an arts and culture environment.
- You have experience working with designers, printers, and photographers.
- You have experience proofing artwork and trafficking feedback and approvals.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in the arts, marketing, or relevant equivalent work experience.
- You are enthusiastic about arts, culture, and events.
- You are confident using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- You are organized, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- You are a creative thinker who is excited to contribute ideas and learn from an experienced team.
