Customer Service Ambassador

 

The role of a customer service consultant is pivotal in ensuring the success of our business. As a casual customer service ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various platforms, including inbound and outbound phone calls, live chats, and other communication channels.

 

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

 

Necessary Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field (contact centre, retail, hospitality)

- Strong knowledge of sports and racing, with enthusiasm to share with customers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands
