We are seeking a motivated Clinical Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients. This will involve developing and implementing evidence-based clinical frameworks, as well as overseeing discipline-specific interventions in collaboration with operations.

This leadership position requires you to support and coach Team Leaders so that supervision and clinical support are at a high standard. You will mentor and coach Team Leaders on discipline-specific and evidence-based practice, and implement a framework for discipline-specific CPD for all Clinicians as required.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering opportunities for career growth and development. The successful candidate will have relevant Allied Health qualifications and current registration, as well as experience delivering discipline-specific services in the NDIS.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized with strong time management skills, and be eager to develop themselves professionally and personally.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering others and has the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
