Job Title: Operations Management Lead

Job Description

As an Operations Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of operational professionals in delivering efficient and effective services in accordance with business processes and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the team is competent and compliant with environmental and regulatory requirements, providing support and guidance to operators performing fault analysis of operational and maintenance issues, and working collaboratively with customers to build ongoing relationships.

You will also be responsible for managing subcontractor relationships, supervising on-site contractors to ensure safe working methods, and actively leading on-site health and safety interactions including assisting in incident investigations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years' experience in a similar role, including 2+ years direct or indirect supervisory experience
  • Strong conceptual skills including the ability to analyse situations, build effective business relationships with clients, and provide appropriate solutions that meet business objectives
  • Class 'C' driver's license
  • Confined Space and Working at Heights Tickets
  • Cert 3 Water Operations qualification
