Civil Project Manager

Civil Operations Supervisor role available in a WA civil contracting business with significant commercial land development and residential subdivision projects.
About the Role- Act as 2IC to the business owner, planning days and visiting project teams across several sites to provide guidance and motivate teams to promote productivity.
- Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and allocating resources (plant, equipment, personnel), overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and fostering a safety culture.
Key Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years' experience in OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR or Civil/Site Supervisor roles in WA's civil sector, including earthworks, drainage, utilities, and road construction with Civil Contractors.
- Proven success managing civil construction teams and utilizing plant and equipment to meet project milestones on land development and residential subdivisions.
- Excellent safety record.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, lead teams, and motivate subcontractors.
- Residing in Perth's southern suburbs with rights to work in Australia.
- Current WA C Class driver's license.
- Permanenent position working 5 days/week.
- No FIFO required.
- IMMEDIATE START available.
