**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in our stores.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of our stores through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving store goals and objectives, including maintaining a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Participate in training sessions and company events to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and sales techniques.
  • Utilize our sales process to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including our Non-negotiable Standards and Staff Presentation Policy.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle cash register variances and stock transfers efficiently.
  • Ensure that store equipment, fixtures, and fittings meet our high standards.
  • Maintain our merchandising standards and monitor stock levels to ensure that our stores are always fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Follow our stock transfer procedures and adhere to our company security policies.
  • Rotate front racks daily and conduct weekly store re-merchandising to maintain a fresh and engaging store environment.
  • Promote and represent our brands positively across Australia, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our company, identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

**The Ideal Candidate:**

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a women's retail environment.
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and contribute to the success of our stores.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
