Phone Sales Specialist

This position involves serving as the initial point of contact for new customers in a sales capacity.
The role offers autonomy while emphasizing the importance of teamwork, collaboration and workload prioritization.
As a customer-facing representative, your core responsibility is to facilitate the transition of prospective clients and their families into our comprehensive suite of in-home care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers to drive results, loyalty and business growth.
- Identifying effective solutions for customers through strategic negotiation and leveraging sales and marketing techniques.
- Collaborating with internal teams to foster positive outcomes and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
- Previous experience in Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service roles via telephone (education, travel, professional services, healthcare, communications etc).
- A strong focus on sales performance and target achievement.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with empathy and patience when dealing with vulnerable individuals over the phone.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to customers and their families.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Proficiency in computer software, preferably with CRM management experience (Salesforce would be an asset but not required)
- Passion for supporting elderly individuals and their families
