Job Description:

The role involves providing day-to-day support for the preparation, imaging, deployment, and return of ICT hardware assets.

  • Raise and process shipping consignments using portals.
  • Pack outbound shipments and receive inbound ICT consignments.
  • Image and configure new laptops, desktops, and high-spec devices for deployment.
  • Resolve ICT service requests and incidents logged in platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and restock new starter laptop bundles at regional sites.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse inventory records.
  • Import hardware hash data into systems for newly imaged devices.
  • Raise support cases for device errors where required.

Technical Skills:

  • Work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability for their area of responsibility.
  • Use own discretion when resolving minor problems or external enquiries.
  • Have a good understanding of their own specialisation(s) in the delivery of services and perform routine work activities.
