Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Logistics Specialist to join our team. As an Inbound Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for leading inbound logistics planning and execution, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials.

You will collaborate with Procurement to transition from supplier-managed to company-managed transport, support project teams with end-to-end supply chain visibility and coordination, develop and implement sourcing strategies for land and sea logistics services, participate in supplier selection, contract negotiations, and onboarding, coordinate and oversee execution of transport plans, managing service provider performance.

You will ensure compliance with Incoterms, internal standards, relevant government regulations, company policies, and safety requirements into daily logistics activities, track KPIs including delivery performance, cost efficiency, and service quality, maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and compliance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to constructively influence others and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is required, along with 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
