About The Role
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of inbound logistics, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials across the globe.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to transition from supplier-managed to company-managed transport, driving cost efficiency and process improvements.
  • Support cross-functional project teams with comprehensive supply chain visibility and coordination, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for land and sea logistics services, ensuring optimal performance and service quality.
  • Participate in supplier selection, contract negotiations, and onboarding processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee execution of transport plans, managing service provider performance and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Ensure adherence to Incoterms, internal standards, and relevant government regulations, incorporating safety requirements into daily logistics activities.
  • Track and analyze KPIs including delivery performance, cost efficiency, and service quality, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for audits and compliance purposes.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors, demonstrating expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data, and make informed decisions, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
