Job Title: Specialist, Logistics Inbound

">About the Role
  • Lead logistics planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to transition from supplier-managed to company-managed transport.
  • Support project teams with end-to-end supply chain visibility and coordination.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for logistics services, participate in supplier selection and contract negotiations, and oversee transport plan execution.

Ensure compliance with regulations, internal standards, and safety requirements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery performance, cost efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and analytical skills are required to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
