Currently, Green Light Worldwide is collaborating with a prominent client to recruit a Financial Crime Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering financial crime solutions to premier clients through advisory, implementation, and operational engagements.
  • Managing complex projects while ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, risk management, and team development.
  • Defining new project scopes, overseeing teams in project execution, managing budgets and timelines, and preparing comprehensive stakeholder updates (both written and verbal).
  • Leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
  • Actively contributing as a leader within the organization, responsible for nurturing and sustaining client relationships.
  • Overseeing teams of consultants in data modeling initiatives, including design, preparation, development, documentation, and ongoing validation and optimization of rules and scenarios.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Significant experience in a managerial or senior managerial role within Financial Crime.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver financial crime projects successfully.
  • Extensive background in financial crime practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment is advantageous.
  • Proactive attitude towards project completion.
