What You'll Bring:

As a senior civil engineer, you possess a unique blend of technical expertise, empathy, and strategic thinking. You thrive in dynamic environments, build meaningful connections, and are motivated by purposeful work. Additionally, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 6+ years of proven experience in road, earthworks, drainage, and general civil infrastructure projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of key industry standards and codes
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills in complex environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD
  • Relevant on-site credentials and a valid driver's license
