Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence to develop sophisticated land access strategies and create detailed implementation plans to deliver land access outcomes.
  • Foster relationships with infrastructure clients and represent the organization at industry events to expand market presence.
  • Manage team members, ensure health and safety standards, oversee contract management and participate in strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline.
  • Expertise in land access and acquisition for infrastructure projects, with a preference for experience in renewables and energy projects.
  • Strong understanding of Western Australian land tenure and registration systems.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and commercial acumen.
  • Leadership capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a current driver's license.
