Job Title: Senior Technical Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Solutions Architect to play a critical role in designing, planning, and delivering complex systems architecture.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security, as well as expertise in database management using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • A proven track record of architecting, designing, and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules that are secure and scalable using various technology stacks is essential.
  • The successful candidate will also have a good understanding of System Development Lifecycle and experience with Agile, Behaviour Driven Development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD model of development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and deliver complex systems architecture to ensure platforms are built, operated, and maintained in alignment with strategic roadmaps.
  • Provide expert guidance and advisory services to support key business areas, including Finance, HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Supply Chain, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
  • Collaborate with high-performing teams of specialists leading the design, implementation, and support of platforms such as Taleo, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of OCI PaaS platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM using OIC, ATP & APEX.
  • Good understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and application delivery models.
