You will collaborate closely with highly talented seniors, designing for brand, print, digital, and social campaigns. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are crucial for this role.

Our team is expanding and we are seeking a Mid-weight Designer to support senior creatives and be mentored for future growth.

We focus on award-winning work, impeccable design, and attention to detail. You will be motivated, talented, and eager to learn and grow in an agency environment working on high-profile brands.

**Required Skills:**

  • A minimum of three years' experience in design projects, both independently and within a team (agency environment)
  • Experience working in an Account Service style agency, collaborating with Account Managers on client projects
  • A recent portfolio of high-quality brand design and execution projects, across digital and traditional media
  • A solid understanding of designing for digital projects, primarily web
  • Expertise in conceptualising and executing digital and social campaigns
  • Broad understanding of designing for print
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal guidance

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Figma design and prototyping experience
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
  • Multitasking and deadline management
  • Motion and animation asset creation
  • Digital and offset printing knowledge
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design
  • Strong design and software skills
  • Typographic sensitivity and presentation skills
