Creative Design Lead

As a senior designer, you will be responsible for leading interdisciplinary teams in the creation of innovative and sustainable designs. We are seeking an individual with a passion for excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

- Develop and implement design concepts through sophisticated knowledge and technical skills.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Contribute to the development of standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Professional degree in architecture, planning, or related field.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
