Leadership Role in Family Law

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Partner to lead our practice in Melbourne, with a focus on driving growth and expansion across Australia.

As a Family Law Partner, you will:

  • Lead the family law practice in the Melbourne office, driving further growth and expansion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of family lawyers and support staff.
  • Take ownership of client relationships and ongoing strategy for the practice.
  • Work collaboratively with other Family Law Partners.
  • Leverage your own referral network while collaborating with other partners in areas such as commercial, wills & estates, and property law.
  • Contribute to firm-wide leadership, business development, and innovation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, with a minimum of 8 years post-admission experience in the field. You will have demonstrated ability to lead a legal team and manage complex client matters, with existing client relationships and/or a portable practice preferred but not essential.

This is a strategic leadership role that offers the opportunity to work closely with a high-calibre partnership group in a rapidly expanding firm.
