Job Opportunity

This is a rare and strategic leadership position ideal for an accomplished lawyer seeking to lead a practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the family law division in the Melbourne region
  • Promote growth and expansion within the practice
  • Manage and mentor a team of lawyers and support staff
  • Take ownership of client relationships and develop ongoing strategy for the practice
  • Collaborate with other senior partners
  • Leverage professional networks while working with other partners across areas such as commercial, wills & estates, and property law
Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice law in Victoria
  • Minimum 8+ years post-admission experience in Family Law
  • Accredited Specialist in Family Law (highly regarded, but not essential)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a legal team and manage complex client matters
  • Existing client relationships and/or a portable practice (preferred but not essential)
  • Business acumen with drive to expand a practice within a supportive firm
