Senior Family Law Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned family law practitioner to take on a leadership role in our expanding practice. As a Senior Family Law Leader, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of complex family law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, and family violence cases.

You will lead and mentor a small team of family lawyers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills. Your expertise and experience will also be essential in driving business development, leveraging your network and tapping into firm-wide referrals to build the team's profile in the market.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' post-admission experience in family law, with a proven track record of success as a Principal or Senior Associate. They will possess excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver commercially focused solutions to clients while maintaining empathy and understanding for the complexities of family law.
