Job Summary:

As a Service Manager, you will lead the Oral Health Clinics in the South Western Sydney Local Health District. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, supervision, and management of staff and services to ensure successful achievement of development goals and performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to achieve strategic objectives and meet performance targets
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff
  • Develop and implement plans to improve service quality and access

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Health-related tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • High level of interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
